Course Description:

 

This course equips commercial property inspectors with the knowledge and skills necessary to evaluate elevator and escalator systems in commercial buildings. Covering regulatory requirements, system components, safety concerns, inspection procedures, and emerging technologies, this course enables inspectors to conduct effective evaluations, identify common defects, and produce clear, actionable reports. Emphasis is placed on ASME A17.1/CSA B44, ASME A17.2-2023, and InterNACHI ComSOP integration.
